Promote key pillars of internationalization

AIn a collaborative effort, the Santander Governorate (through its Secretary of Competitiveness), the Bucaramanga Mayor’s Office (through its Office of International Affairs – OFAI and the Municipal Institute for Employment and Business Development – IMEBU), the Floridablanca Mayor’s Office (via its Office of Tourism and Business Development), the Girón Mayor’s Office (through its Tourism Secretary), and the Chamber of Commerce aim to drive the key pillars of Internationalization for our Region, namely: Foreign Investment, Exports and Imports, Tourism, and International Cooperation.

Along the way, entities from the public, academic, and private sectors have joined with a common purpose: to present an attractive regional offering for international markets, highlighting the work capacity, quality, compliance, prices, and sophistication of our products and services. Thus, the municipality of Bucaramanga and the municipalities of the metropolitan area, supported by the Santander Governorate, are uniting to carry out a world-class event, demonstrating once again that together we go further.

  • Experience international business: A moment in the year to discuss foreign trade.

  • International cooperation: Identify international cooperation pathways to generate projects in the region.

  • Business matchmaking: Virtual business matchmaking for entrepreneurs in the region who are part of the export route.

  • International opportunities: Discover opportunities in cooperation, investment, and bilateral trade with the 14 binational chambers present at the event.

  • Strengthen commercial ties: Establish lasting relationships with the 14 countries to boost the internationalization of the region.

  • Promote foreign investment and tourism: Showcase the strengths of our region in these areas.
